It is time to nominate new officers. We need nominations for:
President
Vice President
Clerk
Chairperson of the Board
Treasurer
What happens if no one volunteers to fills these roles?
This is a topic the CAB Board of Directors will be discussing at the November 4, 2020, virtual board meeting. CAB runs on volunteer efforts, too often the same small handful of volunteers are the ones who are making things happen.
Our officers and members have played a big role in building the local business community. CAB has also been solely responsible for organizing, funding, and putting on some of the GREAT events that the Cornish area has become famous for...Apple Festival... Strawberry Festival... Christmas in Cornish...
Please take a moment to nominate someone, or volunteer yourself for one of these positions. It is very important to fill these positions. If we have too many vacancies, we will be out of compliance with regard to our non-profit status.
If you would like to bring a topic to the Board's attention or would like to join the second half of the virtual Board meeting, please let us know!

The CAB Board of Directors has worked hard to bring our by-laws up to date. Some of the changes were in regard to our name and also giving CAB the ability to meet virtually... The revised document can be found on our website.

Christmas in Cornish
As of today, October 28, 2020, Christmas in Cornish is on hold. We are in communication with the Town's Park Committee and will keep you updated when we know for certain when/if they will be decorating the park.
